Production Time

All Miravellepoint products are made to order using the design, personalization, size, and color options selected by the customer. Because we do not keep ready-made inventory, production begins only after an order and its payment have been successfully confirmed

Orders normally require 3–5 business days to produce. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Most orders enter production within 6 hours of being placed. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please review all product options, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production has been completed. Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated transit times:

Standard Shipping: 10–20 days
Fast Shipping: 5–10 days

Production time and shipping time are calculated separately. The total estimated delivery period includes both the 3–5 business-day production time and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak shopping periods, local postal services, or carrier delays.

Once your package has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may require several days to update after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are determined by the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99.

For orders below $99, the following shipping rates apply:

United States: $5.99
Other international destinations: $8.99

The applicable shipping charge will be calculated automatically after the customer enters a complete delivery address during checkout.
